Size and paper
Each hanger is half a page wide and the full height of it: about 10.5 × 29.7 cm on A4, or 4.25 × 11 inches on US Letter, the usual door hanger size. Print it on thick paper (200 to 300 g/m²) or laminate it before you cut the hole, so it survives hundreds of turns. The slit next to the hole lets it slip around a knob or a lever handle.
