Your calendar links
Paste the export (iCal) link of each listing: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or any other site. Links with the same property name are merged.
Where do I find this link?
Every platform has an export link for its calendar, made for syncing with other sites. On Airbnb it is under the listing's availability settings (connect or sync calendars, then export); on Booking.com in the extranet under rates and availability (sync calendars); on Vrbo in the calendar's import and export settings. Copy the link that ends in .ics or contains ical.
Check-out and check-in times
We read your calendars only to build this schedule and never store the links. They are saved in this browser for next time.

How to use it
- 1Copy the export (iCal) link of each listing from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or any other site.
- 2Paste the links and give each property a name: links with the same name are merged.
- 3Set your check-out and check-in times and how far ahead to look.
- 4Print the schedule, copy the text for your cleaner or download the calendar file.
What a turnover is
A turnover is the time between one guest's check-out and the next guest's check-in. For each one your cleaner needs three things: the day, the property and how much time there is. A same-day turnover, where the next guests arrive on the day the last ones leave, is the tight one: the cleaning has to fit between check-out and check-in.
How the schedule is built
- Every stay in your calendars is read. The same stay showing up in two calendars (an Airbnb booking copied into Booking.com by calendar sync) counts once.
- Every check-out is a cleaning day. The schedule shows when the next guests arrive, or that nothing is booked yet.
- Dates you blocked yourself are left out by default, because Airbnb also exports its preparation-time blocks. Switch them on if you block dates for bookings that aren't in these calendars.
Tips for smooth turnovers
- Leave enough time between check-out and check-in for a real clean, laundry included.
- Plan same-day turnovers first: they are the ones that can't slip.
- Send a fresh schedule after new bookings: the schedule and the calendar file are a snapshot and don't update by themselves.
- **Pair it with a cleaning checklist,** so every turnover is done the same way.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get my Airbnb calendar link?
In your listing's availability settings, open the calendar sync section (connect calendars) and copy the export link; it ends in .ics. Booking.com and Vrbo have the same kind of link in their calendar sync settings.
Is it safe to paste my calendar links here?
We read each link once to build your schedule, keep only the dates and never store the links. They stay saved in your own browser for next time. Treat the links like a password: anyone who has one can see your booked dates.
Does the schedule update automatically?
No. It shows your bookings at the moment you build it. Build it again after new bookings and send your cleaner a fresh copy or calendar file.
What is a same-day turnover?
A day when the next guests check in on the same day the previous guests check out. The cleaning has to fit between the two times, so it's the turnover to plan first.
