優れたターンオーバーチェックリストに含まれるもの
ターンオーバーとは、あるゲストのチェックアウトから次のゲストのチェックインまでのすべての作業です。チェックリストがあれば、誰が清掃しても毎回同じ仕上がりになり、レビューも守られます。清潔さは、ゲストが滞在ごとに評価する項目のひとつです。
- 部屋ごとに、清掃員が家を回る順番で記載し、抜け漏れを防ぎます。

- 写真を撮ることを決めておきましょう。清掃後の各部屋の写真は、ゲストからクレームが来たときに双方を守ります。
- 家の中に予備を保管しましょう。清掃用品と一緒に置いておけば、いつでも新しいものを取り出せます。
- いくつかのターンオーバーで時間を計りましょう。自分の物件に実際どれくらいかかるかがわかり、清掃料金の設定や同日ターンオーバーの計画に役立ちます。
